Lastly, rootclaim pairing up with DRASTIC members (Like Rixley being part of rootclaim) and floating outdated talking points makes it pretty clear that they are incapable of assessing the evidence properly; I do not believe they would ever pay out any money but just claim bad faith victory or moving the goalposts in order to avoid any payout.
