Subtitle: How the viral spike protein fools a human enzyme to do it's bidding

Title 2: How we found out that Lipid modifications of SARS-CoV-2 spike are essential for it's virulence

Subtitle: A scientist explains his research

(the second subtitle version could also be kinda made explicit by putting them in a category of their own like: 'Researcher reports', which would then feature researchers talking about their own papers)
